Initially, Last Chance Textiles was only sending emails when there was a new launch or a promotion (1-3 a month). The automated flows they had were the Abandoned Cart and an outdated Welcome flow. They were looking for ways make more revenue but also run their email channel more efficiently.

I collaborated with a designer on a unique master template that captured Last Chance Textile’s style. Then, I created a custom tutorial walking them through how to customize each section so that they felt confident building and sending campaigns on their own.

Because Last Chance Textiles has a strong visual brand, we updated the creative of their Welcome, Abandoned Cart and Browse Abandon. Aside from their custom template, we made used brand storytelling in their Welcome email and dynamic product feeds across all their updated flows to increase brand trust, engagement, and conversions.
RESULTS
I made this client’s flows live late November (peak BFCM territory), so I analyzed results from September 2023 (before I worked with them) to September 2024. Last Chance saw an astounding +419+% increase in revenue in September 2024 than their previous year.
