How BrickHouse Nutrition Achieved $8,000+ in less than 12 hours with a Loyalty + Winback Campaign

BrickHouse Nutrition had a large volume of unengaged subscribers and were looking for a way to re-engage and convert them. Their existing, basic winback flow was sending at days 45 and 60.

I made several segments filtering subscribers who were unengaged at 30, 60, 90+ days who also had at least 1,000 loyalty points (with Smile.io). This allowed me to take a peek at the potential volume of subscribers we could target.

Each touchpoint in the flow had a simple, but effective hero with dynamic content that displayed the subscribers loyalty points. Additionally, the CTA’s was bold and above the fold to encourage customers to make use of their points immediately.

In order to see results fast, I used Klaviyo’s ability to add past profiles to flows. This allowed us to populate the flow with subscribers as soon as we turned it on which resulted in a quick win.
RESULTS
And after 1 week, BrickHouse saw $44,822.69 in revenue from their new Winback + Loyalty flow!
In less than 12 hours, BrickHouse saw over $8,000+ in revenue.

By using their existing segmentation, some dynamic content, and their existing loyalty integration, I transformed BrickHouse Nutrition’s Winback efforts into a key revenue-driving flow.
